Anjunadeep Open Air: Mexico City at #ABGT600 (Official Set)
A b2b under the Mexican sun at Anjunadeep Open Air Mexico City? The brief is sunshine, smiles, and deep, rolling grooves. Luttrell and Qrion deliver a set that feels like a group hug set to a 125 BPM heartbeat. Gas Works Park or similar, where music mingles with daylight and crowd energy is buoyant, not frantic. Locked into a perfectly steady 125 BPM, this is a masterclass in sunny-side-up melodic house. The harmonic journey leans heavily into the warm, major-mode feel of 3B, with complementary moves to 12A and 4A.
Energy is beautifully balanced between a propulsive, rounded low-end and clear, melodic mid-range, with almost no harsh high-end. The back-to-back flow is seamless, prioritizing emotion and groove over sheer power. Luttrell's 'More Than Human' sets a hopeful, expansive tone right away. AVISION's 'Big Shot' gets a pumping Paco Osuna remix that fits the outdoor vibe. The Mr.
G remix of Pirahna Head's 'Poem 4 a Lost One' is a deep, soulful house masterpiece. Dropping the Deadmau5 remix of 'The Longest Road' is genius, a timeless progressive anthem given new life. Qrion's 'Ice Palace' is a beautiful, frosty counterpoint. It opens with 'More Than Human', journeys through deep house classics, and sends everyone home blissed out on FISHER's rework of 'World Hold On'.
